Portfolio

Websites and internal tools built for small and medium-sized companies that needed a clearer public site or less manual work behind the scenes.

Projects

Six projects.

Type
Primary and Community Care Services (PCCS)

Avoiding a $40K integration quote for mandatory mental health reporting

PCCS needed anonymised clinical data in the national PHMCIS for compliance. The only quoted path was about $40K AUD plus $5K a year. I built a direct sync from their existing Salesforce system instead, so staff no longer had to upload by hand.

Primary and Community Care Services (PCCS)

Digitising a paper-based needs assessment

Social workers completed a long paper assessment, then typed the same answers into the client record. I moved that work into a guided app inside the system they already used. In testing, that removed about 8 to 16 minutes of admin after each session.

Australian Social Prescribing Institute for Research and Education (ASPIRE)

National service directory for a social prescribing not-for-profit

ASPIRE wanted their own provider-led national directory, something their existing website tools couldn't deliver. I built a custom location-based search system into their existing site, with provider registration and staff approval.

Primary and Community Care Services (PCCS)

Rebuilding an unused internal service directory

PCCS had an internal directory of services that most staff didn't use. Search was unreliable and the map was unfinished, so people relied on Google and group chat. I rebuilt it around how staff actually refer clients.

Singapore-based Chinese spirits distributor (unnamed)

Australian website for a Chinese spirits distributor

The Australian arm of a Singapore-based Chinese spirits distributor had no public site of its own. I built a multi-page brochure website for products, company information, news, and enquiries.

Sigma Education Services

Student-tutor matching for a private tutoring business

Sigma Education already matched students and tutors by hand. They wanted that same service on their website as an automated matching and booking flow. I built it into the site they already had, using their existing tutor system and confirmation emails.
